Solar Car Port Installation Client Brief: Following initial consultations, careful consideration was required to identify a suitable location for a solar installation that would respect the aesthetic and sensitive nature of the site. The client wanted a solution that would significantly reduce energy costs across a large site, while also complementing the existing environment. Project Design & Final Configuration: Working in collaboration with a local structural engineer and fabricator, an innovative 90-metre solar carport was designed and constructed along the centre of the existing car park. This was complemented by additional solar panels installed on a new staff building, maximising on-site generation without compromising the visual integrity of the location.
